Snow Day!!

It has been awhile since we have had this much snow. We just measured a Whopping 24 inches in one day! It is still coming down. So we bundled the kids and Marc up and they went and played had a great time.

Happy Second Birthday Mr. Jones

Today I my Cru man's Birthday I can't believe two years have gone by. He is tons of fun. Loves to talk and Learn new things. Has a very special talent for sports already. Loves Balls of every shape and size. Adores his sister always wants to be playing with her. Jumps off of everything and is trying to do flips. He is very noisy so I know when he is getting into trouble because it is suddenly quiet. We are so blessed to have him in our lives. We love you Cruie!

Savannah Belle Roethel

Yesterday we lost our Doggie. She was 11years old. Marc Had had her since she was a puppy so we have a ton of great years and Memories with her. We found out about two years ago that she had a heart murmur. We have been giving her medication and trying to keep her calm. If anybody knew her you knew that was very difficult for her. she loved to play frisbee, ball and run. Recently we noticed her getting more and more tired and she would pass out if she got too excited. On sunday she stopped eating and we knew it was time. We couldn't let her suffer anymore. We will always love this wonderful dog. We will miss her everyday. Especially Marc she got him through some really tough times. We love you Savannah, Savy, Big Nush, Shamoo,Nanny.

Summertime Fun!

We have been so busy with everything this summer I have not even had a chance to blog. Shame on me so here is an update of all we did. We went to Zions for a family reunion. So much fun we hiked and laughed and had a great time. Kayla had a Birthday turned 8 and was baptized we are so proud of her and the decision she made. We have been camping, swimming,we saw eclipses and played a ton. I am worn out and now we are back to school. I hope that everyone had a great summer just like us.

Happy Birthday MaKayla

Wow I am a terrible mom. I almost forgot to tell about MaKayla turning eight. We had a Monster High birthday party at cowabunga bay with 5 of her fun friends. It was a cold day but I think that it was still fun. I Love MaKayla so much my life is complete when she is around. She has the best sense of Humor loves to laugh. She is a great big sister Cru loves her and follows her around all day. She is a great helper almost never complains when I ask her to do things. She loves to have Mommy and Kayla time. ( I love that too.) She is a great soccer player and loves to Dance. She has the best dance moves. She is really into reading and will read anything she can get her hands on especially Diary of a whimpy kid. I am so grateful to have MaKayla in my life.

Dying Easter Eggs

So Here it is Easter again. Here me and Kayla dye our eggs by ourselves. Marc isn't really the Holiday guy. So even though he is home it is up to Kayla and I to do it. Good thing we have fun together. We waited until Cru was in bed to dye eggs too! He is at that really fun want to get into everything phase. Love it! Happy Easter everyone!!

So I guess it's time for a big boy bed! Cru decided to break the rail on his crib this morning. We found him perfectly happy sitting on top of the rail in his bed. What a funny kid!

San Diego 2012

So on a whim we decided to go on a trip. We were tired of the yucky air and bad weather. So in the car we went to San Diego. We Love San Diego! It was beautiful like always and we had a such a great time just our little family. We went to Lego land, the beach and the zoo. We all had a cold when we left and while we were there all got feeling better. It is amazing what a little TLC and Sun can do. I enjoyed my kids so much. It was great having them all to ourselves and really getting to be with them. Kayla is getting so big and smart she is a sponge and soaks in so much information and isn't afraid to share her opinion about things. She is a fish and loves to swim that is all that she wanted to do. Cru is a ball of energy. He wanted to run everywhere. In fact every time we let him down or out of his stroller he took off. So I swore I would never buy one, but I bought a leash for my child. I love whoever invented these things. It is a cute little Giraffe that looks like a back pack. Hooray he can't run away! He is also trying to talk and wants to touch everything to see how it works. I am so glad that we took a little time out of our busy lives to enjoy each other.

Valentine Decor

Kayla and I decided today to decorate our house for Valentines day, so we got out all the craft supplies and had a fun craft time. I love that she loves to craft as much as me.

Happy 1st Birthday CRU!!!

Today is Cru's Birthday I can't believe how quickly a year has flown by. I remember a year ago like it was yesterday. It was a ton colder and snowier last year. I am so glad that we have Cru in our lives he is so much fun. He loves to tease his sister and gets very jealous of her when she gets attention. He is into everything and walking all over the place. He loves his Daddy and any attention he gets from daddy is good. He is very serious when he meets new people, he loves to study things and thinks hard about what kind of trouble he is going to get into before he does anything. We are so glad that he is in our lives. It is sometimes hard to remember life without him. Happy Birthday Cru-Man!(Mr. Jones)

Happy Halloween/ Walking Baby

So we had a great Halloween! MaKayla was a Gothic Ragdoll and Cru was a Spider. We carved pumkins with the family. Kayla went Trick or Treating. We ate good food at Marc's Sisters house. Cru has decided to start walking. He actually has been taking steps since last monday. He is so proud of himself. I will get a video and post later.

Growing Baby and Witch Tradition

So of course it has been awhile. We have been busy with our little family. MaKayla has been playing soccer again and loving it she is the best on her team. Cru is getting so big. He is trying to walk. 10 months has past us by quickly. Marc and I are trying hard to grow our business and trying hard to have fun. We have season tickets to both REAL salt lake and The Utes Busy. Just last night we went with my whole family to Gardener Village to see the witches. It has become quite the tradition for us. It doesn't seem like the busy holiday season is starting without it. Love this time of year. the smells the sights everything about fall is great!
