A weekend full of surgery

It has been a long weekend. Last week I noticed a bump on my neck getting quite large. It was also starting to hurt. I was worried about it so I went in to the doctors and found out that I had an abscess cyst on my neck. yuck! So she numbed my neck and drilled a hole in it and got out the cyst. Yes it was very painful and as you can see from the pictures I was also allergic to the tape.

Poor Savannah she has had a bad week. She was taken into the vet last week for an abscess anal gland and we also found a small tumor on her side. so she had surgery yesterday to have it removed. She is doing really well considering her whole side is sewn up.

So as you can tell we have had quite a long weekend.

Can't Keep up

So It has been hard for me to keep up with Blogging lately. We have been busy. Kayla started Swimming lessons and Tumbling so our weeks have been super busy lately. She is having fun and that is what matters right now.

We went with Patti and the boys to winterpalooza last weekend. It was something for the kids to get out of the cold and get their energy out. They all had their faces painted. Kayla is a Tiger, Bridger is a monster, and Brenden is a Wolf. It was lots of fun. Thanks aunt patti for the good idea. I promise to try and be better about blogging.
