Happy 1st Birthday CRU!!!

Today is Cru's Birthday I can't believe how quickly a year has flown by. I remember a year ago like it was yesterday. It was a ton colder and snowier last year. I am so glad that we have Cru in our lives he is so much fun. He loves to tease his sister and gets very jealous of her when she gets attention. He is into everything and walking all over the place. He loves his Daddy and any attention he gets from daddy is good. He is very serious when he meets new people, he loves to study things and thinks hard about what kind of trouble he is going to get into before he does anything. We are so glad that he is in our lives. It is sometimes hard to remember life without him. Happy Birthday Cru-Man!(Mr. Jones)

Happy Halloween/ Walking Baby

So we had a great Halloween! MaKayla was a Gothic Ragdoll and Cru was a Spider. We carved pumkins with the family. Kayla went Trick or Treating. We ate good food at Marc's Sisters house. Cru has decided to start walking. He actually has been taking steps since last monday. He is so proud of himself. I will get a video and post later.

Growing Baby and Witch Tradition

So of course it has been awhile. We have been busy with our little family. MaKayla has been playing soccer again and loving it she is the best on her team. Cru is getting so big. He is trying to walk. 10 months has past us by quickly. Marc and I are trying hard to grow our business and trying hard to have fun. We have season tickets to both REAL salt lake and The Utes Busy. Just last night we went with my whole family to Gardener Village to see the witches. It has become quite the tradition for us. It doesn't seem like the busy holiday season is starting without it. Love this time of year. the smells the sights everything about fall is great!

Summer and Second Grade

Wow I am horrible at blogging lately. We have had such a fun summer. We went to San Diego with my parents over the forth of July. We have been camping and just enjoying the warm weather. Things have been busy. Cru is Crawling, Kayla is getting tall, and we have a cute new nephew in the family. Kayla Finished Tumbling and we are trying to decide if she wants to continue with it. Soccer has started again for Kayla. We will get pictures of her on her new team with all Girls. I promise that I will blog more.

7 years old

my Life changed for the better 7 years ago....... On June 11 2004 9:45 am. I became a mom to the most beautiful little girl ever. It is hard to explain the joy of seeing that little dark haired dark eyed girl for the first time. She brought me such joy on that day! She has continued to bring a smile to my face everyday since. She is such a bright spot in our family. She always has an opinion about everything and isn't afraid to share it. She loves to dance and sing and play with her little brother. She loves to be with friends and cousins. She is loving playing soccer and tumbling and is excelling at both. She loves to read and is reading all the Junie B first grade books and laughs as she is reading them. She has great stories and never stops talking from the minute she wakes up in the morning.

I am so blessed to be your mom MaKayla Carmen. I can't wait for all the adventures we have left.

Easter, Zoo and 6 Months

Wow it has been a long time since I last blogged. We had a great Easter not to much going on pretty relaxing. We went to the zoo for the first time this year and Cru's first time ever. Love the new Dinosaur exhibit lots of fun!






Cru is now 6 months old.
He is 15 lbs. 30%
26 inches long 65%
I can't remember how big his head was but he is in the 65%

So he is long, Skinny and has a big head.

He is rolling all over the place, Laughing and is a really big mammas boy! We are having lots of fun with him.

MaKayla is turning 7 in two weeks and Graduating First grade. I can't believe how time is flying by. She is loving reading and reads everything. She also thinks that she is an adult and has to be involved in all the big people conversations. I love how funny she is and what a great big sister she is.

We are looking forward to Summer if it ever gets warm and looking forward to some fun family vacations. I promise I won't wait so long in between posts next time.

4 Months

Wow I can Hardly believe how quickly four months has gone by. Cru is so much fun to have around. It is hard to remember our lives without him! He is laughing and making noise all the time he loves his jumparoo! MaKayla is in love she has to be near him whenever she is home. she lights up when she makes him laugh. i love to hear them giggle together.

So he is really tall hard to believe since we aren't tall people. He does have really long feet so who knows maybe he will end up the tall one in the family!

I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family!

Is it Summer yet?

MaKayla is so ready for Summer she decided that since she couldn't go swimming outside that she would in our tub! she put on her new swimming suit and life jacket and took a bath. She is so funny! I think that we are all going a little stir crazy from the snow! Hurry up Spring!!

Hardware Ranch

This last week we decided to get out of the yucky air in salt lake and take a ride up to Hardware Ranch. It is a beautiful ranch that feeds the Elk al winter long. We had such a wonderful time. Cru stayed with my mother in law while my parents,Kayla,Marc and I all went. The elk were beautiful and the sun was shining. What a great idea to get out of the city.

two months and tumbling

It's been awhile since the last post. I have forgotten how much work a baby is. We are loving having him around and can't believe how quickly two months have blown by. MaKayla is loving being a big sister, she can hardly wait for school to be out so she can come home and love him! Cru is lots of fun! He is smiling and laughing at everything. He loves our dog and is a mommy's boy! He loves his bath! We are so lucky that we have him. I will give an update on him after his doctors appointment tomorrow!





A week ago MaKayla had her tumbling showcase! She is learning so much and loves Tumbling! She has made tons of new friends and loves to go every week! We are so proud of her and all of her accomplishments!
